Français : 3 vues du Beffroi de Lille (Région Nord Pas de Calais, Nord de la France, photos prises au début des années 2000). L'éclairage est original, modulable, mais présente l'inconvénient d'être énergivore, fortement orienté du bas vers le haut, ce qui cause une perte de lumière, est source d'éblouissement et contribue au halo lumineux et à la pollution lumineuse. Depuis la municipalité a une démarche très volontaire et efficace visant un éclairage public plus économe, minimisant les nuisances lumineuses et la pollution lumineuse.
English: Three views, belfry of the Lille town hall (Nord-Pas-de-Calais region, northern France, photos taken approx. 2000). The adjustable lighting beautifies the tower at night, but hogs energy and causes light pollution with the upwardly directed lights. The municipality has taken steps toward correcting this problem. |
