Summary

edit
Description In 2008, it was Delft Square when some kids got in after hours and started a fire. I took this picture in 2009. The building sat for many years with no roof, but many of the large timbers and floors survived. At one point, there was a plan to convert it into a branch of the YMCA. This would have required voters to approve money to rebuild it as a city park facility for lease to the Y. Voters didn't approve the plan so the building sat empty a few more years, but a new plan was hatched. Hotel and retail space.
