English: The entrance to the ladies toilets at the High Street, Bembridge, Isle of Wight. The ladies and gents toilets are situated on either side of a fishmongers building at the junction with Sherborne Street. The ladies were to the right of the building, seen here. For obvious reasons, I didn't want to stand right at the entrance to the ladies toilets and take a photo, so this was the best I got. The disabled toilets were separate, and further along the High Street, down a path opposite Dennett Road, and next to the church. All three of these toilets were at risk of closure due to spending cuts by the Isle of Wight Council, who had - amongst serious controversy - proposed closing a number of the island's public toilets down. Note also the vintage telephone box.
