Description
English: The 86th Engineer Battalion has constructed a number of bases for the 9th Infantry Division in support of Operation Enterprise. These bases are located in the Mekong Delta where construction has been most difficult. Rice paddy mud has been pushed up to form this artillery base at Ben Luc. The base is 150 meters square. M8A1 matting has been used for roadways. Timber artillery pads have been constructed for the self-propelled artillery.
