ไทย: ตราสัญลักษณ์ประจำโรงเรียนเบญจมราชรังสฤษฎิ์ ประกอบไปด้วย ตราพระเกี้ยวเปล่งรัศมีด้านบน ด้านล่างเป็นวงกลมภายในมีอักษรย่อ บ.ฉ. 5 ด้านล่างมีแพรแถบข้อความชื่อโรงเรียน มีความหมายดังนี้
  • ตระพระเกี้ยวเปล่งรัศมี เป็นตราประจำพระองค์ของพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ผู้ก่อตั้งและพระราชทานนามโรงเรียน
  • หมาลเลข 5 หมายถึงเลขประจำรัชกาลของพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว
  • อักษรย่อ บ.ฉ. ย่อมาจาก เบญจมราชูทิศ ฉะเชิงเทรารังสฤษฎิ์ ซึ่งเป็นชื่อพระราชทานของโรงเรียนก่อนจะยุบรวมกัน
