Português: O Benin adoptou uma nova lei que legaliza o aborto na maioria dos casos, um dos poucos países africanos a fazê-lo. Um país conservador, a lei foi aprovada pelo parlamento para evitar uma onda de abortos clandestinos que resultaram em mortes.
