| Description |
The land of Bechtesgaden in southern Germany is almost totally surrounded by Austria. The mountain to the left is the Watzmann – with 2,713 m one of the highest mountains in Germany. The village is Berchtesgaden, it is only some 30 km south of Salzburg. The result is presented here in high resolution with 15000 pixels horizontally. Several images were taken with a 105mm lens in vertical format and later combined into a panorama with Photoshop. Contrast and colors were enhanced during post processing. You might wish to download the image in full resolution and zoom into the details. Enjoy! |
