Description
Svenska: Bergviksvägen 45, Smedslätten, Bromma, Stockholm. Villan byggd 1923. Villan byggdes i trä med AB Träkol i Vansbro som entreprenör. Huset är 160 kvadratmeter, ej inräknat biytor såsom garage, källarutrymmen etc., vilket är mindre än de flesta av grannhusen i Smedslätten. Tomten är 894 kvadratmeter. Villan ligger i kvarteret Rosenröd 2. Kvarter Rosenröd omsluts av vägarna Bergviksvägen (vid Smedslättstorget), Solviksvägen, Bröderna Grimms Väg och Lunkentusvägen.

Villan byggdes 1923 i trä med AB Träkol i Vansbro som entreprenör. Villan på Bergviksvägen 45 ingick i en grupp av 20 hus som byggdes av stadens tjänstemän i Smedslätten, och var det första storbygget av monteringsfärdiga hus, så kallade IBO-hus. IBO-husen från AB Industribostäder var bostadshus, som var prefabricerade och av standardiserade och monteringsfärdigt byggnadsmaterial.
