Description
Deutsch: Ehemalige Pumpstation Radialsystem III der Berliner Abwasserentsorgung am Halleschen Ufer 78 in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Die Anlage bestehend aus Pump-, Maschinen- und Kesselhaus sowie einem Schornstein wurde 1873 von James Hobrecht als erstes Abwasserpumpwerk Berlins erbaut. Der Komplex ist als Gesamtanlage denkmalgeschützt.
English: Former pumping station Radialsystem III of the Berlin wastewater system at Hallesches Ufer No. 78 in Berlin-Kreuzberg. The station consisting of a pump house, a machine hall, a boiler house, and a chimney was built in 1873 by James Hobrecht as the first wastewater pumping station in Berlin. The whole complex has been designated a historic landmark.
