Description
Deutsch: Grab von Leopold Wölfling (1868-1935) auf dem Friedhof III der Gemeinde Jerusalems- und Neue Kirche am Mehringdamm 21 in Berlin-Kreuzberg (Abt. 1/1). Der frühere Erzherzog Leopold Ferdinand von Österreich und Sohn des letzten Großherzogs der Toskana Ferdinand IV. hatte aufgrund seiner Verbindung mit einer als Prostituierten arbeitenden Tochter eines Postbeamten im Jahr 1902 seinen Titel abgelegt und den bürgerlichen Namen Wölfling angenommen (er heiratete sie später). Das Grab teilt er mit seiner dritten Ehefrau Clara, geb. Pawlowski (1894-1978).
English: Grave of Leopold Wölfling (1868-1935) on the Cemetery III of the Jerusalem and New Church congregation at Mehringdamm 21 in Berlin-Kreuzberg (Abt. 1/1). The former Archduke Leopold Ferdinand of Austria and son of the last Grand Duke of Tuscany Ferdinand IV had renounced his title in 1902 and adopted the name Wölfling due to his relationship with the daughter of a mailman who worked as a prostitute (he later married her). He shares the grave with his third wife Clara, née Pawlowski (1894-1978).
