Description
English: Das Max-Taut-Haus am Oranienplatz 4/10, Ecke Segitzdamm 2 (links), in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Das Gebäude wurde 1931-1933 nach Entwürfen von Max taut und Franz Hoffmann als Warenhaus der Konsumgenossenschaft erbaut. Es ist als Baudenkmal gelistet. Außerdem ist es Bestandteil des denkmalgeschützten Bauensembles Oranienstraße.
English: The Max Taut House at Oranienplatz No. 4/10, corner or Segitzdamm No. 2 (on the left), in Berlin-Kreuzberg. The building was constructed from 1931 to 1933 to designs by Max Taut and Franz Hoffmann as department store of the Konsumgenossenschaft (retail cooperative). It has been designated as a cultural heritage monument. It is also part of the protected historic buildings area Oranienstraße.
