Deutsch: Ostkreuz, Berlin-Friedrichshain, Germany – Wasserturm am Ostkreuz (Hauptstraße), erbaut 1909-1912, Architekt: Karl Cornelius; geplant für die Versorgung von Dampflokomotiven mit Wasser; Höhe ca. 50 m; Fassungsvermögen ca. 400 m³; Turmspitze schiefergedeckt, in Form einer Pickelhaube; Turmverkleidung mit glasierten Ziegeln zum Schutz vor dem Ruß der Lokomotiven; heute zur Aufbewahrung von Brauchwasser, seit 1978 unter Denkmalschutz (Bildbearbeitung: gedreht)
