English: This reinforced concrete building on the East side of the railroad tracks in downtown Kent was built in 1913 by brothers Trevanion and A. Nelson Berlin to house their general merchandise store. They commissioned Spokane architect John K. Dow, who had several large projects in downtown Seattle during this time. |
