English: Bernhard August Prestinari (* 9. December 1811 at Bruchsal; † 1. March 1893 at Karlsruhe) was a lawyer, a director of the Katholischer Oberkirchenrat at Karlsruhe, president of th court at Konstanz as well as a Member of both Hauses of the Parliament of Baden.
