Description lift force of an airfoil; theoretical form of an extrem thick airfoils, if lift comes only from the law of Bernoulli; without the 3rd law of Newton; theoretically the distance over the top of the wing must be about 50 % longer than under the bottom; But a Cassna 172 airfoil is only 1.5 - 2.5 % longer on the upper surface than on the lower surface; to produce enough lift the C-172 has to fly 400 kt;
