Centsprent met een grote dubbel omkaderde houtsnede, met een afbeelding van een verhoging met daarop een dikbuikige man (kwakzalver Jurgen), omringd door een Hansworst-figuur, een vrouw en een aangeklede aap met een klisteerspuit. Daaronder staan de toeschouwers en mogelijke klanten. Bevat twee kolommen met 18 regels rijmende tekst, waarin kinderen worden gewaarschuwd voor 'zulk geboefte'.
