Description
English: Bhuna Khichuri is a type Bengali khichuri, which is unlike any other khichuri is grainy and dry. Moong daal and gobindo bhog rice is shallow fried in ghee with lot of dry fruits and some veggies. Then water is added just enough to keep the grains intact. Served with mix veg and sweets and is staple in bhog prasad in any Bengali Pujo
