Summary edit

Description
English: The plaque reads "Surely the Lord is in this place. This is none other but the House of God, and this is the Gate of Heaven. Genesis 28:16, 17." One of a series of plaques of Bible verses in this church hung high up on the walls. Photo taken 11 July 2015 inside the parish church of the village of Wycliffe, England, believed to be where John Wycliffe, the early reformer and Bible translator (born in the mid-1320s) grew up.
