Description
English: Menus from hotels, restaurants, and steamboats in the 1850s and 60s. The names Orville D. Dibble and Chas. L. Dibble, are prominently displayed at the top of this menu. This is a menu from the Biddle House (Hotel) that sat at the corner of Jefferson Avenue & Randolph Street in Detroit (as seen in the 1855 Detroit Polk City Directory, not the pre-1800 Biddle House on Mackinac Island.
