Thesixty-three blocks of land, or approximately 141 acres, referred to inour last report as being under condemnation proceedings, has now comeinto the passession of the board, a more detailed report of which wUlbe found in the body of the report of the board. Towage, Pilotage and Stevedoring. The charges for towage and pilotage from the Pacific Ocean into SanFrancisco Bay are contained herein as matters of general information,but are not in any degree under the jurisdiction of the Board of HarborCommissioners.
