Français : Il commémore le pilote de chasse Horst Bilfinger de Mannheim, mort ici le 7 août 1943 dans le combat contre les bombardiers américains. L'Eifelverein a renouvelé la croix en 2003.
Nederlands: Het herdenkt de gevechtspiloot Horst Bilfinger uit Mannheim, die hier op 7 augustus 1943 omkwam in de gevechten tegen Amerikaanse bommenwerpers. De Eifelverein heeft het kruis in 2003 vernieuwd.
