Ελληνικά: Επισκόπηση του βιολογικού κιρκάδιου ρολογιού στους ανθρώπους.
Το βιολογικό ρολόι επηρεάζει τον καθημερινό ρυθμό πολλών φυσιολογικών διεργασιών. Αυτό το διάγραμμα απεικονίζει το τυπικό κιρκάδιο μοτίβο κάποιου που σηκώνεται νωρίς το πρωί, τρώει το μεσημεριανό γεύμα γύρω στο μεσημέρι και κοιμάται το βράδυ (10 μ.μ.).
