English: The Bird Paradise at Mandai Zoo Singapore is the new aviary home to the different and wide range of bird species that have habituated in Singapore's previous bird park called Jurong Bird Park. Opened on 8 May 2023, it replaced Jurong Bird Park and forms a part of the Mandai Wildlife Reserve, consisting of the Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, River Wonders, and the upcoming Rainforest Wild Park.

It is called Bird Paradise for a reason as it houses over 3,500 birds, consisting of various types of species, colours, personalities, and more. It was a great experience overall to be able to go for it during the first grand opening week with my family, the birds were all truly beautiful and unique in their own ways! Some of these birds are really comfortable and used to having humans around their own enclosure homes and they were super friendly to come up to us and greet us by chirping, nodding their head or neck, and more!

This was one of the last few photos I had taken before we ended our day trip at Bird Paradise due to the bird park's daily closing hours from 9am - 6pm. The birds were chilling and perching on the top of these wooden trunks and they seem to be able to sense that it was time for them to rest up soon as they each took turns to make eye contact with us before they flew off into the distance hahaha. Such a great way to end our experience for the day!
