Description
English: Birmingham and Fazeley Canal and Lock No 17, Aston The fourth lock down of the Aston flight of eleven. They drop the water level by seventy feet (about 22 metres), over about one mile. The Birmingham and Fazeley Canal joins the Coventry Canal at Fazeley Junction, about fourteen miles away. It has thirty-eight locks, including the Farmer's Bridge flight, the Aston flight, the Minworth three, and the Curdworth flight.
