Description
English: Black-figure pottery with a perforated bottom. Find from the Telestereion, Pyre G (burial fireplace III). The zone at the belly has a scene of a sowing or sacrifice. The other sccene depicts Midas seated with Hermes and Silenos, who is leading a bound bearded man. Letters, with no meaning, are scattered amongst the figures. Ca 550 BC. Archaeological Museum of Eleusis no. 466.
