Summary edit

Description
English: Blackpool 'Boat' car No 604 There were 12 of these open single-deck cars built in the 1930s. Officially named 'Luxury Toastracks', they were quickly dubbed 'Boats' by the public as well as the crews, and the name has now become official. Eight of them survived to be renumbered into the 6XX series in the 1970s, and of these there are now, I believe, about four remaining. Obviously, they only appear in fine weather.
