Summary
editDescriptionBlue Hare - geograph.org.uk - 13193.jpg |
English: Blue Hare. The blue, mountain or arctic hare is a familiar sight on the Scottish hills, or some Scottish hills. They seem to favour certain areas, and if you visit a hare hotspot you will see many. The hills around Glen Almond are probably support the densest population, no set of photos on Ben Chonzie is complete without a hare. This is a young one in a summer coat, they turn a blue grey and then white with the seasons. |
