青い目の人形「エレナ」（横浜人形の家：所蔵）のパスポート。本名「エリーネ・ジェーン・プーリッジ」、カンザス州ミルフォード生まれ。パスポートNo.5220[1]。旧・神戸市兵庫区菊水幼稚園へ寄贈された。日本への片道切符（鉄道・汽船の運賃を含め99セント）を添付。 パスポートの文面：このパスポートは1927年3月のひな祭りにおいて日本の皆様にお会いする友情人形の大使として、忠実かつアメリカの法を遵守する市民としての(人形名)を紹介するためのものです。これはアメリカの少年少女諸君による善意を込めたメッセージでの挨拶であります。日本の皆様におかれましては、(人形名)を大事にし、見守ってあげるようにしてください。彼女も貴国の法に従い、慣れることと思われます。すべての善き願いを込めて。「伯父サムより」※(人形名)は個別に発行されたパスポートの人形の名称。
