Description
Deutsch: Auszug aus dem Barogramm einer Wasserstoffballonfahrt bei Bodeninversion.

Eine Einheit: 4 Minuten (X-Achse) bzw. 50 m (Y-Achse). Der Ballon gerät beim Sinken in kältere Luft, der Wasserstoff im Ballon erwärmt sich. Beide Effekte steigern die Tragkraft: das Sinken kommt zum Stillstand und geht in Steigen über. Jetzt geht es umgekehrt: Der Ballon pendelt wie eine Boje an der Wasseroberfläche.

Der Heißluftballon zeigt dieses Verhalten nicht, weil sich die Innentemperatur durch Abkühlen und Heizen schnell ändert.
