Description
Français : Tombe d'Adélaïde de Boisserée (1930-2004), épouse de l'artiste Georges Mathieu (1921-2012) qui lui repose au cimetière de Montmartre. Elle est surmontée d'une haute sculpture abstraite de Georges Mathieu (non visible sur la photographie car absence de droit) qui, menaçant de s'écrouler, a été sanglée par la mairie de Paris, en attendant d'être déplacée ailleurs pour cause de danger. L'épitaphe déclare : "Toi qui sacrifia ta vie pour mon art,

toi dont les ancêtres ont révélé l'art médiéval à tout un peuple, toi qui rendit honneur à la France plus qu'à ton pays, toi dont la fin de vie fut un calvaire,

toi inconnue à qui le monde reconnaît la grandeur".
