Dans la «boîte à électrons», où une île (en gris) est délimitée par une jonction tunnel et une capacité, une source de tension U couplée à l'île à travers la capacité permet d'y contrôler le nombre d'électrons. Le circuit de base constituant la "boîte à électrons" est donc formé d'une jonction tunnel de capacité C, d'un condensateur de capacité Cs et d'une source de tension (U). L'île métallique (en grisé sur la figure) possède une charge électrique (n électrons en excès) qui est contrôlée par la tension U. adapté d'après OTRS ticket 2011051210004131 confirmes that User:Jbw (the original uploader) is Jean-Baptiste Waldner. |
