McNally Robinson is Saskatoon's largest indepedent bookseller. It's still managing to turn a profit in the days of e-books. It not only sells books but also gift items, and has a restaurant with live music. It also hosts special events with authors, like this one. The director, Tommy Wiseau and principal cast member Greg Sestero of the film "The Room" were on hand to sign Sestero's recently-written book "The Disaster Artist: My Life Inside The Room". Todd and I went to see the movie later that evening at the Roxy Theatre. |
