Description
Français : Boulevard de l'Hôpital (Vichy) : à l'intersection avec la rue de Châteaudun, annonce d'un passage pour piétons (fin de la passerelle passant au-dessus des voies de la gare de Vichy). Bien que l'ensemble des rues de la ville soit passé en zone 30, ce boulevard déroge à cette règle : la vitesse reste limitée à 50 km/h, malgré la présence d'un ralentisseur de type coussin berlinois juste avant le passage piétons (uniquement dans le sens sud-nord). Il y avait un panneau de zone 30, désormais déposé (ou redéployé sur une entrée de la ville). Depuis le 9 avril 2024, quatre caméras de vidéoprotection peuvent verbaliser tout véhicule en infraction pour refus de priorité ou franchissement de ligne continue, notamment pour contourner le ralentisseur.
