Summary edit

Description
English: Boundary stone in Bouldnor Copse This boundary stone is hidden in the undergrowth, but virtually on the coastal path. The inscription is very difficult to read. I have made out the following words:

WD (?) boundry (sic) ?? bearing from true north 420?? distant and from thence 340?? bearing from true north

It does not have an inscription on the other side. It may be something to do with the War Department (WD) as there is a disused battery nearby and good views across the Solent, so this may have been a strategic location.
