Description
Français : Bras de l'Authie d'amenée d'eau au Moulin d'Argoule (09 aout 2017).

Le niveau d'eau de ce bras a considérablement baissé.

Ici peu en amont du moulin une grande partie de ce bras est sous le feuillage des arbres des berges ( en "forêt galerie"). L'ombre y limite l'évaporation, mais les racines des arbres prélèvent de l'eau et en été (en 2017) l'eau l'eau qui y reste s'y réchauffe dans les taches de soleil et semble mal oxygénée. Au moment de la photo, en aout 2017 l'eau de ce bras parait localement "laiteuse" alors qu'elle est cristalline partout en amont (et en aval). Le fond de ce bras est couvert de vase brune dont la surface est localement couverte d'un biofim algual brun ou colonisé par des touffes d'algues filamenteuses vertes dont certaines semblent "roussies" (mais vivantes), elles mêmes couvertes d'un biofilm ou dépôt algobactérien (périphyton). Remarque : cet aspect dégradé est peut-être transitoire car au moins en partie causé par les travaux récents de démantèlement et réaménagement pour la continuité piscicole.
