Description
English: A brass breasplate found in the Solo (Sulu) Islands, made after the model of Portuguese (or Spanish) armor from the 16th century, captured from pirates of Balangingi. The piece was donated in 1866 to the Rijks Ethnographic Museum in Leiden.
