Čeština: Vlajka obce Březová, okres Karlovy Vary. Červený list s bílým vodorovným vlnitým pruhem o třech vrcholech a dvou prohlubních, vycházejícím z osmé devítiny žerďového a vlajícího okraje. Nad prostředním vrcholem žlutá bříza s bílým kmenem.
