Wye at Palmer

Summary

edit
Description
English: The Northern Pacific Railroad originally ran from Stampede Pass in the crest of the Cascade Mountains in the east south and west towards Enumclaw, Washington. In 1899-1900 a Wye was constructed here, east of Palmer to provide access to the northeast into Auburn. This has become the mainline and is still used by the BNSF Railroad.
