Summary edit

Description
English: Brighton: Preston Circus fire station Preston Circus, with its five main arterial roads, was an obvious choice as a location for Brighton's fire station. It was designed by the architect Graeme Highet and opened in 1938.

Previously this was the site of the very shortlived Longhurst's Amber Ale Brewery (1881 - 1901) which was demolished to enable the efficient running of the local tram system.

This is a slightly different viewpoint to Kevin's 471949 and Simon's 368598!
