Summary

DescriptionBrinkkapelle.jpg	Deutsch: Die kleine Kapelle steht idyllisch unter Laubbäumen am Sraßenrand Richtung Paderborn (Paderborner Straße). Mit ihren weiß strahlenden Gefachen, dem dunklen Ständerholz und dem roten Dach, auf dem ein kleiner Glockenturm sitzt, lädt sie zum Betrachten ein. Die Brinkkapelle wurde um 1730 erbaut. In den Jahren 1983-1985 wurde sie grundlegend wieder hergerichtet. Unter der Federführung der Stukenbrocker Schützen bildete sich eine Aktionsgemeinschaft aus Schützen, Kirchengemeinde St. Johannes-Baptist, der damaligen Gemeinde Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock (heute Stadt) und dem Heimat- und Verkehrsverein Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock. Viele Spender und Helfer haben dazu beigetragen, dass dieses historische Bauwerk des Brinkhofes in neuem Glanz erstrahlt. Die Altarbilder, einige Figuren und die Fußbodenplatten stammen aus der Zeit der Erbauung der Brinkkapelle.
