Description

First running in 1957, the Orpheus powered the Folland Gnat, Fuji T1, HAL Marut and Fiat G.91. The vectored thrust Bristol Pegasus used in the Harrier family was developed from the Orpheus. The engine is included here because of the G.91s service with the Portuguese Air Force. Museu do Ar, Alverca do Ribatejo, Portugal
