Summary edit

Description
English: Brithys crini is a moth in the family Noctuidae. It is known as the Lily borer or Amaryllis borer because its larvae are serious pests of various garden flowers, particularly Albuca, Scilla, and members of what is now the subfamily Amaryllidoideae, such as Crinums.
This specimen was photographed feeding on an Albuca in the Karoo Gardens in Worcester, South Africa.
