Frayne, The Royal inscriptions of Mesopotamia, Early periods, vol. 3/2, Ur III period (2112-2004 BC), Toronto, 1993, p. 71-72 : "For the goddess Inanna, Lady of Eanna, his lady, Ur-Nammu, mighty man, king of Ur, king of the lands of Sumer and Akkad, built and restored her temple for her."
