English: An Lancashire and Yorkshire railway Hughes designed 4-6-0 express passenger locomotive with an LMS labelled tender but L&YR number 1670. The engine completed build on 2 May 1923 (isbn:0715353209 p271) and this as built image will have been taken very shortly afterwards.
