English: The four panels consist of two dedications, reading: Franz I. dem Befreyer dem Wiederhersteller Dem Vater des Vaterlandes" on this side (front side), and "Oesterreichs tapferem Heere // Seinen beharrlichen Bundgenossen // Des treuen Maehren und Schlesiens Dank MDCCCXV" on the three other sides, the date MDCCCXV being a 2003 addition. Brno, at the foot of the Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul.
