Продольный разрез гидроида (Eucopella Campanularia): H — гипостом, n — нервные клеточки, ее — эктодерм, enh — эндодерм гипостома, en — эндодерм тела, dr — железистые клеточки эндодерма, С — чашечка, Jc — разрез ее, Т — щупальца. 2. Часть гипостома того же животного: m — мышечные волокна, nc — нервная клеточка, sc — чувствительная клеточка, sp — осязательные щетинки. 2. Гидра (Hidra), размножающаяся почкованием. 2а. Эпителиально-мышечные клеточки гидры; n — ядра, m — мышечные волокна, видимые спереди. 2b и 2с. Те же клеточки сбоку; n — ядра, а — отростки. 3. Гериония (Gerionia hastata): по сторонам шести радиальных каналов лежат половые органы g; с — кольцевой канал; b — слуховые органы; v — velum; p — желудок, свешивающийся вниз; о — ротовой конец его; t — щупальца; в k — помещаются паразитирующие Кунины; остальные буквы — утолщенные участки эктодерма. 4. Гидральманниа (Hidrallmannia ralcata), часть тела колонии в естественную величину. 4а. Часть веточки той же колонии, увеличенная. 5. Часть почконосной стадии Кунины (Cunina parasitica) с образующимися на ней медузами. 6. Веточка колонии гидроидов Обелия (Obelia gelatinosa); слева питательный гидрант, справа гонангий с развивающимися в нем медузами (сильно увеличена). 7. Кордилофора (Cordylophora lasustpis); часть колонии сильно увеличенная: Н — питательные гидранты, а — е - стадии развития гонофор, в е — из гонофоры выходят личинки (планули). 8. Колония гидроидов Monobrachium parasiticum, сидящая на краю раковины Tellina balthica (увеличена в 3 раза). 9. Часть колонии гидрактиний (Hidractinia echinata), сильно увеличенная; два питательных и два половых индивида с почками. 10. Зародыш Кунины (Cunina parasitica): ес — эктодерм, s — маслянистая капля в амебообразной клетке, sd — отростки, выпускаемые этой клеткою. 11. Медуза Бугенвиллия (Bougainvillia superciliaris), увеличенная около 6 раз; от женских половых органов, лежащих на желудке, отделяются развившиеся личинки. 12. Часть медузы Obelia gelatinosa снизу, ov — яичники, В — желудок. 13. Та же медуза с поднятыми вверх краями колокола; на краю колокола щупальца, снизу видны половые органы и желудок. 14. Колония гидрактиний (Hidractinia e chinata), сидящая на раковине, в которой живет пагур (рак-отшельник); на краю колонии видны гидранты, лишенные рта, служащие для защиты колонии.
