English: Brockweir - Houses near The Quay. Perhaps these houses have a history associated with The Quay? The path on the left of this photograph is, I think, a pleasanter alternative to the Offa's Dyke Path higher up. This route follows the river bank all the way to Bigsweir, where crossing Bigsweir Bridge, allows the walk to continue to follow the river to Redbrook, where the river can be re-crossed, using the old railway bridge, and the Wye river bank followed to Monmouth. |
