English: Broken alcohol thermometer, exploded when I left it out in the sun trying to repair the separated columns, didn't go down, noticed after I took it out of the freezer trying to make it go down
It did work, but only if it was put in the ground with sunlight, if it was put in a higher place with sunlight it would create more separated columns, or, in this case, explode the bulb in the thermometer. Image created by me, License: Attribution |
