| Description |
English: Brook Cottage, Mill Royd Street, Brighouse I have passed this hundreds of times and have just noticed the datestone 'Brook Cottage 1895' on the eastern end of the office building for what was Sugden's Flour Mill. On the 1907 1:2500 map it is still in its little plot separate from the industrial buildings around. It has apparently been extended to the left, the front door removed and a window from elsewhere in the house inserted in the first floor of the extension. |
