Description
English: Brownstown Head The Stone Columns were erected by Lloyds of London in 1823 as a warning to ships approaching Waterford Harbour after the sinking of the troopship Sea Horse in Tramore Bay in 1816. Three more columns were erected at Newtown Head on the other side of the bay X5698.
